Asian Scale

I work very hard and my favorite way to relax is to take care of my many sago's. I love my plants and they have gotten those pesty Asian Scale bugs. I have about 70 plants ranging in size and I have been fighting this for a couple of years. I am even trying coffee grounds at present. I was told recently to use "orphean" or "acethate" but I cant find either one. What kills these darn things. I am at my wits end. Thanks to all for your help.
