I have a couple questions -
1. I live in cental Texas (Waco area) and have two sago that I planted 5 five years ago - they have become too large for the area where they are planted and need to be transplanted - when is the best time of year to do this?
2. The new growth on one the palms is turning yellow - what could be causing this? Thank you in advance for your time. Paige Stuart
