Its not the humidity, its the amount of rain that can wash off the wax on the leaves. Places like St. Pete that have less rain can grow much nicer looking blue plants than people like me in the interior. So far, nobody has produced male and female cones on these in Florida that became truly receptive and produced seeds. We really do need an environment like it is in California.
