Yeah, Large sago's are the result of many years of growth. I would suggest you wait a while and think about what you want to do. Firstly, I'd attempt to build an appreciation for the sagos you have, and perhaps, not cut them down. If you really do want to cut them down, I would consider 'saving' the trunks, perhaps relocating them, or selling them. Just don't be in a hurry..
Whatever you decide, good luck to you. Wait a little more for Tom's advice. He'll post very soon I'm sure.
