Yes, you can use it. I also have a follow up letter from the ag. dept. and a copy of the scale identification from the entymologist office. They also called me again. They said they decided to do some more inspections, found three more nurseries with scale. That seems to really have them concerned so much so that they are forming a local 'scale' task force, and said they were going to blitz all the cycad outlets they can. They thanked me, saying I had helped them realize they had a really big problem on their hands.
I'd prefer to send the info. via snail mail, as my computer equipment is outdated and incapable of scanning.
I'll contact you via e-mail, but business requires me elsewhere at present, so it may be a day or two.
