I got a call from the Ag department this morning. they were in receipt of my letter and said they will send someone out today, and inform me later what they find. They also said that they are familiar with CAS here in nevada, as it has been previously intercepted already in this state. I'll post a follow up. Sounds like no region is really 'safe'.
