Sick Cycad

I'm hoping someone can tell me what's wrong with this sago palm, It's been doing the same thing all summer. About a week after it puts out new fronds, they start to turn brown. It gets plenty of water, and was fed about 6 weeks ago. You can't really see from the pics, but it recently sprouted two babies just underneath it. I have 2 others that are doing very well, and have never had this problem. Thanks
