O.K.....Now I'm confused....If it's by volume and since sand is heavy wouldn't that be much more than if measured by weight ?

30% sand by volume would be much more than 30% sand by weight...If it's by weight you would have less volume sand...If it was by volume you would have much more sand..But you said if it was by weight it would be too much sand...

Help ??
