What are the signs of too much fertilizer. I fertilized mine around three weeks ago and now the new leaves have a yellow cast to them. The lower leaves have yellow blotches. I check the soil for moisture its seems wet enough. Maybe too wet? They have been in the ground five years and this is the first time they have looked like this so I'am thinking I applied too much fertilizer. What can I do? Thank you for help,John
