My 15 year old Cycad produced her 1st blossom this spring. The seed were not hand propagated. After the blossom was cleaned up after drying. I thought that new leaves were coming out. I pruned all the fronds off of my sago. But, what came out was another blossom! At the same time a pup below shot out beautiful fronds. Will my healthy looking sago die
because I cut off all the upper fronds?
