Most cycad seeds will not sprout as long as you don't keep them moist and try to keep them from getting too hot. If they sat out in air conditioning in a room, as an example, they should be just fine. Keep in mind that you can't buy cycads seeds in one country and bring them to another country if they are from a species on appendix 1 of CITES.
