Funny thing about Google - I was searching for "broken Sago palm trunk," and this site doesn't come up. But when I changed it to "broken Sago" it was first on the list. HA
Just one follow up question about watering, if you don't mind. I followed all the procedures you listed. I placed the sealed Sago trunk in the shade without watering the sand, but we're moving into a rainy period. Should I move it in the garage and let it remain completely dry until it roots, or is minimal dampness in the sand acceptable? If I'm understanding your article correctly, rot from overwatering is the main concern here, right?
