Sago Palms shoots

I have the tiny shoots comming from the ground at the bottom of my sago. How do I harvest them and pot them to replant? Also I tried your coffee idea in hopes that it works, I have a small sick sago. About how much coffee grounds do I churn in the ground under each plant?(I have 2)I live in Orlando. Thnx for your time!
