Tom, please do write that book. I know the medium of the internet is not the best place for all knowledge to be conveyed, so a book would make a valuable asset to all interested in cycads. You have a huge knowledge of these plants and putting it down in print would save it forever without having it twisted into something you did not say later on. When you do write it, please do not forget us people in colder climates who can only grow mostly the Cycas plants and their hybrids.
