chlorosis in Cycas revoluta hybrid

Can anyone diagnose this C. revoluta hybrid? About 15% developed this chlorosis for the first time about their fourth year. The midrib is green and healthy; the yellow always starts at the midrib, but sometimes reaches the tip of the leaflet.. They have received ample N, K, Mg, and S; we’ve tried to give them adequate P, Ca, Fe, Cu, Zn, B, Mo, and Mn.
