I have 4 Sago Palms. I have 2 that are in the hot afternoon sun and both have new fronds coming up. I do not know how old they are but are approximately 2.5 ft wide. They are on opposite sides of our patio door and one is doing great. The other one I recently noticed was turning yellow from the center of the fronds outward. I have looked all over the web and can not figure out what could be causing this. How do I know if it is water or fertilizer? The type of soil we have is red clay but the landscaper mixed planting soil in when he planted them almost a year ago. Any help would be great. All three others look beautiful.
