watering and sun preference

Another quick question set--My sagos are on my apt. patio (which is big), and 3 out of 6 are in partial shade, 1 is in half sun half shade, and a 3 gal tub and 1 gal tub palm are in full sun. Should I rotate them so all get a bit of sun during the week? Rotate weekly? Leave as is? or put baby palm in shade instead? Thanks. Also, I'm watering all regularly by giving them a good soaking twice a week. Should I cut down on watering for shady ones? Thanks.
