I base my articles on things that I do or try. I have not tried Safari. It also is not available to the general public and I try to tell people about products that they can actually go to the store and buy. Safari is a synthetic nicotine just like the products that contain Imidicloprid, so it would obviously work pretty well. I need to update the article anyway. Even though this product isn't available to the genral public, there is a new product called a grwth regulator that is working very well. It sterilizes the females so they can't produce eggs that hatch and any imature scales break apart when they try to molt. The common name for the product is Distance, but it too is not available to the genral public. I will still mention it though somtime because it is a new way to kill insects and I'm sure it won't be very long till there is a retail growth regulator on the market.
