There are many sagos in Texas that are at least that size if not larger, it all depends on where you look. I have articles on every cycad cultivation subject you can think of. They are all available on my regular website, "cycad jungle', which is linked on the header. The only thing I would add is that your species prefers full sun. Other than that, everything is already there for you to study, fertilizer, soil, watering, etc is all covered and much more.
