When my friend (whom I have been friends with since we were 12 or 13...needless to say we are a fair bit older than that now) first got engaged, they were talking about marrying at Christmas, and then they thought about early in the New Year. But when she came by a few days ago, she said they were now thinking about going to Vegas on the July long weekend (July 1 - Canada Day, here) Yikes! Needless to say, I am hoping against hope that they go back to planning Dec/Jan!
