To start with- I think that the correct response is WOW!. This my fourt marathon and the first that I walked. My wife also walked. Because this was her first marathon I wanted to walk with her and appreciate the beauty that you have in Bar Harbour. From the race staff to, the volunteers and the runners you were made to feel you were part of the marathon and welcomed. This is by far the best event I have been We had a fantastic time and look forward to 2008. Bill Coulter

Bill There is a right way and wrong way to do everything including putting on a marathon. There are many events out there who treat their competitors like cattle. (or worse)Hearing you feel like you were welcomed and a part of the MDI Marathon is what we work for. I have a small favor to ask, keep spreading the word of what is going on up here. Great job!
