Hi! I am training for the Oct 7 Steamtown Marathon in PA and will be vacationing in Nova Scotia and Maine for the next 2 weeks. I will specifically be staying near Bar Harbor 9/11 through 9/14. I am having to tweak my schedule because of travels and am looking for a running partner during the week for either an 18 miler at ~8:15 minute pace or a 20 miler at ~9 minute pace. Unfortunately we are flying out too early Saturday to participate in the half marathon that Saturday. I will also be doing a track workout and an 8.5 mile tempo run during the week if you all have any group runs of those type. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hey I'll probably be available for a long run on those dates. If anyone else reads this feel free to join in for all or part of this planned run.
