in your honor commuted to work in NEH from our new house via the 14 mile 'short cut'.....feeling alittle stove-up maybe I'll get fitted for a cast next if you are getting going again, heck maybe the roads are not big enough for both Allen bros at the same time! --Previous Message-- : coming into my 6th week with a new (rebuilt) : achilles tendon.....finally got out of the : cast last week...stitches are out... scars : (one on each side) are healing.... now in a : boot ( well in and out) still on crutches : but actually took my first steps (well kinda : shuffled) across the room tonight and : fortunately with no pain. i can't quite : imagine running or even walking up a hill : but i am going back to the dr. for a check : up on thursday and based on the last visit, : I think I may get the go ahead to : "officially" try moving around a : bit more without the crutches....that'd be a : NICE christmas present! :
