Hey there, Larry is recouping with his leg up--challenging me to get ready to run around the lake with him in Oct...so...I am on my way to day one of the "cool running" plan. I'll let you know how it goes. Gary those pics of you are so cool. It was so nice to have you here this weekend. Mary,thankyou for the beautiful beautiful flowers. So unnecessary but soooooo pretty. (and a beautiful welcome home from the hospital for Larry). You are always welcome here! ok. off for my 60 on 90 off. love KB

ok. just got back from the gym. Em went with me. Walked 5 minutes then did the 60 jogging/90 walking for 20 minutes....then walked 5 more. felt great. we are changing our lives here at the Allen/Blodgette/Atherton household. love K
