Like Mike said, "ENJOY" the experience, as NYCM is a cat like NO other!! AND to have it be your FIRST marathon, WOW!! Great way/place to "become" a marathoner!! (Then we can work you into becoming an Ultra-Marathoner @ GCI next summer!!)
