sunday run: thoughts and thanks

I nice run with excellent company! Jami, and I covered 21 miles with Scott doing just a few less. Anyway this post isn't about how great the run went instead I felt pretty much lousy from the first steps onward. However as I told the guys runs like this are character builders. I told them and reminded myself I don't choose to run marathons because it's easy. Anyway Jami Wilson is a 57 yr old machine and I think he will do very well at Hartford 0n 10-10 and I wish him the best of luck!
