20 Miler

Just wanted to post a message to say what a great, great experience Rachel and I had running with the Crow group. Gary was our leader, and we also ran with Jamie and Andy. Gary is a fantastic ambassador for running, and a special thanks to both he and Jamie for getting me through a hot -- but great -- 20 miler. Wasn't my best run, but Gary and Jamie's love of running reminded me why I love to run! We are ready to do it again!
