I hope you all have a great 4th of July Relay. My team and I had a great time at last years event. I'd love to be there this weekend but I've been busy preparing for the Vermont 100 ultra. I'll certainly try to organize a team from Nova Scotia for the 2010 edition of the July 4th Relay.
