Wicked Long Run

Crows,

Hogan and I completed the Wicked Long Run as scheduled on Sunday afternoon around 2:30PM. What a wwwwicked good time. We met a lot a nice people throughout the state of Maine along the way and will cherish our Wicked Awesome 10-day 500 mile trip. The cause "Camp CaPella" helped keep us on track along the way. I'm not sure which ultra marathoner (Dean K?)quoted that there was "Magic in Misery" but we found it to be true. We finished the run with a couple of minor issues. Hogan sore knee and myself sore shin, very high spirits and a couple buckets of fried clams from Bob's Clam Hut. I think I'll be ready to burn a good race at Great Cranberry Island Ultra next month along with a couple of brothers.
