PLEASE READ THIS: Attention Crows and ALL runners statewide

We want to take time to urge everyone to both be aware and to support our teammates Roger and Hogan Marquis who are running from Fort Kent to Kittery On May 22-31. They are doing this as a fund raiser for Camp Capella who help disabled kids and their families.

You might ask yourself how you can help?

1. First: Make a donation HERE.

2. Second: Send the above link to everyone you know (especially runners) and challenge them to do the same -- remember every dollar counts!

3. Third: Learn the Marquis' route and come out to support them as they pass through your part of Maine. You can plan to run with them or bring them food or just take time to cheer them on.
