Deriba Merga is currently leading the men's race at 35K with Dnaiel Rono behind him, and Ryan Hall in third. Merga dropped out in 2006, he was a mess. I saw him on Comm Ave and he was barely walking, weaving all over the road with a blank stare. The Women's lead pack is still tight with Alice Timbilili leading at 35K with Dire Tune, Bezunesh Bekele, and Kara Goucher follwoing.
