Thanks Ned! We will have a strong team at BAA. Not sure but Rolf W and others may be at the P'town 5 miler to help keep you company. Just thinking this AM that my first Boston was in 1979 and it's 2009, guess that is a milestone of sorts...30 years of fun, hard work and fond memories on the long grind to Boston. For those running this year savor every step! My only regret concerning BAA is I wish I would have run all 30 editions that I qualified for, this will be #17 for me.

Good luck to all our teammates, when the going gets tough(it will)embrace the pain and run like Crows!
