Hi all This Ten Day race I have coming up has two goals , run 500 miles and raising $10,000 for Camp Sunshine.I am going to have a tough time with both. You can help me towards both my goals by sending emails during the race , making a donation and spreading the word.I have sent emails that you could forward and that would help. Information on the race and Camp Sunshine should be on the website shortly. If anyone is in Queens ,NYC between April,22 and May 2nd stop by and say hi. I will be wearing my Crow singlet off and on during the race and hopefully they will post a picture with it. www.tendaysforsunshine.org is my website. Hey Gary do you remember how screwed up I was during and after the 24 hour race at Bar Harbor highschool? That was one tenth as bad as I will be feeling after ten days(hope not). There is no meat served during the race because the Sri Chinmoy marathon Team that puts on the race are all vegetarians and they do not drink alcohol so no beer either. It's goona be a long ten days.
