all invited to run long tomorrow (sat)

There is a group of us running from NEH in the AM starting at 10am sharp. Amanda is planning to run 22m. I will run 12-14 of it with her. We'll be heading back out the MDI Marathon from NEH going toward Seal Hbr and then turn back at mile 6 and head back on the course and do an out and back on Sargeant Dr. We are meeting at our office located behind Pine Tree Market. 276 4226 all welcome
