ATY 72 hour run

Thanks to everyone who emailed me during the race. The first day went well but I had some problems on day two and actually did more miles on day 3 than 2. I came in a little over 13 miles short of my goal so I guess this old crow will be back next year to try for 200 miles again. Looking forward to the G.C.I. ultra and MDI marathon.
