Oprah mentions the Mount Desert Island Marathon on her show

We just got an call from a viewer who said Oprah mentioned our MDI Marathon held in Bar Harbor Maine on her show! We're trying to find out more information and will let you know what we find. In whatever context our race came up it is more good news for running in Maine and on Mount Desert Island, because you sure can't buy this kind of publicity. Come to think of it Oprah did the Chicago Marathon maybe she'll come here next!
