nice...I haven't run a step for a few days and it feels good. Not to worry. I'm tossing around a few ideas. As we all know a man without goals is just another empty container.
1. Would like to run my 20th sub 2:50 while in my 50s
2. Probably will stress quality over quantity for marathons in 08.
3. Would like to make the offical awards ceremony at Boston (top 5) need to move up from my 9th last year.
4. keep having fun!
The trials were fun! Can't believe you bumped into all those people! As for Ryan Hall he is the real thing, 1:07 /1:02 splits!
Yes the GCI Ulta wil be held, details soon.
