According to Kim Lopdrup, president of Red Lobster, “The inspiration for the redesign came from Bar Harbor, Maine, and blends a more sophisticated ambience with the casual feeling of a seaside restaurant.”

Pretty neat to see that the MDI Marathon brought Red Lobster representatives to Bar Harbor, and that they obviously liked what they saw! This is something that not only Bar Harbor, but the whole Mount Desert Island Community should be proud of!
