another great week in the books! those two X around mtn runs are a thing of beauty, do you put water out or just run? keep up the good work, we're all with you

: total: Sunday Around the Mountain two times
: in 3:15. Monday: Witch Hole 5 miles with
: five strides x 100. Tuesday: Up Cadillac S.
: Face trail to Beaver Pool 4 miles. Wed. Out
: and back on Grand-Gent Trail up Parkman 4
: miles. Thurs. Out and back Little Long Pond
: to Brown Mtn with 22 hills at threshold and
: 7 min. pace 30 secs. break after each. Five
: strides x 100 cool down. Friday: Trails from
: Long Pond Pump House SWest to Bald Mtn.
: parking Western Mtn trucking Rd. and return
: 2 hours worth of climbing.( 8 miles.)
: Saturday A.M. easy 5k around town. total 50
: miles aprox.
