Greetings from Austin! Another warm day today-sorry, I like it to be "typical" Austin weather better!
Champion Poland gilt was the Schaffer family from Indiana- I believe they said she weas Holy Cow
Reserve was Ray Rice( I think)
Champion boar was Hofchulte from Oklahoma
My biggest issue with the Poland gilts today was that there were some definite soundess issues. The champion boar looks like a definite barrow maker.
The top few gilts were nice, and could move unrestricted. The top few boars were thick made, and looked like barrowmakers in general
