While i see your comparison to cattle its almost like apples and oranges to compare they show a much larger range of ages in cattle than hogs and typically the SW has a lot fewer hogs on feed than the mid west. The other idea being tradition people still like the idea of going back to the same place does it have to be in Springfield 4ever maybe maybe not. I think a combined event could be a great thing but its not the easiest thing to accomplish and how long do you want the event to be and how confusing is 4 show rings It could be an incredible event or one where things get lost in the mob and we miss out on some of the things we have now at seperate events. And by the way those of you that would like to see a combined event we look forward to your donations and support of team purebred as the cost will most likely be greater
