thanks for everyone's nice comments on our boar at the stc...how he was fed..... full feed in a self feeder,12118 {18%} moorman's and the last 60 days was on moorman's 12116 [16%] and i would scoop some out of it and put in a hanger feeder morning and night..i did blend some 14% moorman's with it from wpx to stc in the trough..the genetics in this litter of hogs made them easy to feed as they grew out thru the summer....[so if some were wondering if he had paylean..never...he had that muscle shape and mass from weaning to the stc]..according to lean value he went right back on feed and water good when they got him home and interest on him has been very, very good...i sincerely wish everyone the best with their individual selections and again thanks for the nice comments...jr reid
