Barrow is out of our best York sow a sow we bought from Hofshute at NBS...last year we sold 9 breeder gilts out of her litter...she or her littermate I think they said was either champ or res at 8 jackpots in Ok....She by the Hi Point boar Spike...
Sire is Crossfire...the SGI boar...who has been premier sire several places...
We took what we thought was 3rd or 4th best gilt she had this year to B and B show at Ames , 110 head....She was champion pure gilt ...
This is really nice barrow...thick , deep...we are in Iowa...but may make run to eastern Indiana next week....
