For a fox's face was a cundumdrum. Metallic optics glinted, then fox slid completely into the snow, almost vanishing, eyes squinting with exhaustion, that would leave eventually, or so she hoped. The vix then waited, angst filling the solitary soul to bursting, auds lowered and tail curling around her leg. The scarlet forepaw was left stretched out in front of her, bright over the snow, the scent of the wolf's blood on it more than her own that had dyed it first.-

-Golden portals are lain with rage. Ivory vixen had been searching for a pack, perference on a respectable Alpha. Paws of white moved quickly, visions of the dreadful human lands flashing through her mind. Results of what happened if you were a 'Lone Wolf.' Fox felt small hint of worry, for not seeing the wolf's spirit in the prayer grounds. But that was all past, for with time, death came, and time followed the vixen as every creature. She had been here long, and planned on it too. Ivory auds were perked, paws of the same careful to the step, single paw scarlet with blood; of her own, of the wolve's. Safety was limited. If in a pack, the vixen would be sure that the 'poison stick' incident never happened again; not to her, or any other curious soul. Ivory fangs bared at the memory, plummage of the same stiff in anger. The white fox stopped her padding, oracle twitching with solid curiousity, auds perked, golden orbs bright. She found she was alone, paws deep in the snow, flakes falling slowly from heavens to terrain, sky violet after the retiring sun. Heavy sigh escaped ivory maw, bodice of the same lowering with haunches. Vixen rested to a sitting position, slightly slumped from exhaustion.
