She was staring at the charred circle of land, looking for any signs of regrowth. It was winter, so the progress would be slow, but come spring, hopefully the scar on the land would be filled in with life, and erase the past from her lands. When she heard the howl, she recognized Autumn's voice from earlier, which stirred her away from her presnt thoughts. The midnight wolf quickly rose her head to seek out the direction, then turned and padded quickly towards where Autumn stood. She glanced at the two young wolves, guessing they had stumbled into the land.

"Thank you, Autumn," Tayen said, nodding at the she-wolf. "Who are these two?" She asked to either Autumn or both, not knowing whether or not they had already introduced themselves.
