Katannah finally went sound asleep and joined Lelio in the rest that had eluded them in such a long time. She would dream for the first time in several years and would wake renewed for once.
Endless knew the scent and could feel that around the den was different...it wasn't cruel anymore. He was quiet in peering and seeing the two wolves sleeping peacefully was a joyous sight for him. He found his beak creased a smile. He with drew his head and left a message on the tree near Cortana's den to pay a visit to Katannah...it had been a while since the two had spoke and a new member would be something his Alpha would need to know. His claws were sharp and distinctive but what was more important was he smelled like Katannah...he went home entered quietly and fell asleep near the door...lightly with an ear open for his Mistress or Alphess to stir.
