((Because it WAS too close to miss. Tayen attacked more than 3 times and Cortana miraculously dodges all these attacks, and jumps and rolls over Tayen which like isn't even possible for a wolf to do. And all of Cortana's strikes on Tayen haven't missed. I'm no where near power playing, while Cortana is busy being invincible. You just need to be a bit more realistic in role-playing, because you're overstepping the bounds of physical limitations. Just because auto-hit is off does not make it auto-miss, because this is like the fourth or fifth 'effortless' dodge, which is god-moding. I can't monitor the thread since I'm in it, but I might ask another rank to monitor this because it doesnt make much sense to this extent.))
She flinched as Cortana finally attacked, stepping backwards, yet realizing quickly that Cortana had moved too quickly to even intend on getting her paw in her muzzle, and the attack had been a distraction. She turned to the right to face Cortana once more, slightly puzzled, yet guessing the puzzlement was exactly what the other wolf intended; to slow Tayen with hesitation. She pondered for a second, noting that she needed to lift her guard even more, as it seemed Cortana had finally entered the battle, rather than sidestep the entire time. She lunged forward again, yet stopped in midmotion, waiting a second, expecting Cortana to move, yet keeping her eyes pinned on wolf's left bicep, completing the lunge and aiming to get any bit of it in her jaws.
