She was reluctant to dismiss her company, yet it seemed to be the only way that she would be even considered to be allowed near Cortana; it was obvious that a group of dragons seemed rather threatening. She glanced back at Zig-Zag, the white head quickly catching her eye.
"You, Deep Sea and Umbriel need to leave. Get Hyper Light on the way out. You can wait for me back at Devil's Tomb." Zig-Zag's black head made a grunt of distaste, but understood the circumstance. The dragons rose, stretching their wings, and taking to the sky. Tayen glanced up patiently, watching as they appeared figures in the distance. She saw a gleam of yellow, which would be Hyper Light as she met the other three, before they flew away to the south.
"Thank you for explaining," Tayen said slowly, and her voice showed that she had relaxed drastically. Still, there were affairs with Cortana that she would have to speak about either way, and she could not simply allow them to funnel through a third wolf. "I don't mean to bring any harm. Still, it's important that I speak to Cortana to be sure that our own alliance keeps its fidelity."
