((well, seeing as the diameter of the circle was never established by either one of us, I believe I have every right to make guesswork.. And if you haven't noticed, Cortana has little reverence to pain. My physics were correct, and so I shall stick to my story.))

Cortana's reply was a simple smirk and small laugh. Sure, she was a bit tired, but not not nearly as tired as the other. To her, it was silly to waste words on silly insults, especially seeing as Cortana didn't care. She feared no mortal beast, never had never would.

The wolfess knew that Tayen wished her to attack, and therefore didn't. She instead calmed her body and loosened her muscles so she might be prepared for whatever the she-devil threw her way. More magic, by the guess of it...
