Cortana felt the other's fangs sink through the soft layer of skin that stretched from her stomach to her hind left hid leg, but didn't flinch. The most of what the other had bitten into was fur after all, and Cortana had little reverence for pain to be honest. The white wolfess could feel the area warming under the small would, knowing that soon blood would start seeping out. It was small, and thus could be ignored, yet not completely seeing as the other femme was yet to let go.

As her own teeth caught hold of the muscle behind Tayen's shoulder, Cortana plowed her front paws into the earth for support and traction. Before she lost momentum, the wolfess swung her head to the right, then with all her force to the left, hoping to drive the other wolf forward. Her hid end made to pull through the other's bite so as Cortana might line herself adjacent, but slightly behind, the other wolf.
